Speaker Bob Preston is the Broker/Owner of North County Property Group in Del Mar, California. He is a NARPM® RMP®, MPM®, and his company has been awarded with the prestigious NARPM CRMC® designation. He is the Past President of the California State Chapter of NARPM, having served the state organization between 2020-2021. He is currently the NARPM Southwest Regional Vice President and serves on the NARPM National Board of Directors.
Bob is a frequent speaker during breakouts at NARPM Conferences and is also the host of the highly rated Property Management Brainstorm podcast which can be found on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, and Spotify. Following a highly successful career as a Silicon Valley technology executive, Bob has modeled his company culture from his own entrepreneurial experiences.
