Anne-Michelle Frances, Owner of Blueprint Evictions, a legal document services company, will lead a live, interactive workshop regarding the most requested, most prepared, and most served notice prior to starting an eviction: The Warning Notice.
She will teach you when to use them, how to complete them, and how to properly serve them while remaining in compliance with the City of San Jose's Tenant Protection Ordinance and the State of California's AB 1482 (soon to be replaced with SB 567).
