Join us for breakfast to hear speaker David Bonaccorsi, partner with the law firm of Bernard, Balgley & Bonaccorsi. He will be providing an update about The Tenant Protection Act of 2019 (AB 1482), as the moratorium still being relevant in a post AB 832 environment regarding RENT COLLECTION as a consumer debt for past rent due during the three phases of the pandemic under three different State bills that passed beginning in September, 2020. Also, if any property managers manage in Alameda County, the eviction moratorium continues, so you won't want to miss this one!

Luis Alberto Espinoza is our speaker this month, and the Director of Dispute Resolution Programs at Project Sentinel; he oversees 17 staff members.
Project Sentinel develops and promotes fairness and equality of housing opportunities for all persons and advocates for peaceful resolution of disputes by offering neutral counseling and dispute resolution services.
Their Dispute Resolution Programs provide information about tenants and landlords’ rights and responsibilities, counseling, and referrals. They also provide mediation services to tenants and landlords.
