In addition to overseeing the city's efforts to alleviate its chronic housing shortage, Solivan has been tasked with shepherding ambitious plans to ad new tiny home shelters, sanctioned campsites, and overnight parking lots to accommodate more than a thousand local homeless people while helping them find permanent housing.

TOPIC: Surevestor is the only company of its kind in the US providing Landlord Protection Insurance. David started his property management career in 1987 for HUD. He is a licensed Real Estate broker, building contractor and licensed insurance producer in Minnesota. He served on the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) board of director from 1991 through 1995 and served again in 2004 and he served as the National President of NARPM during the 1993-94 term. He holds the RMP, MPM and CRMC designations and the CPM designation through IREM. David is also one of NARPM’s national instructors.
