Join us with Guest Speaker Mike Connolly RPM, as he shares 12 Strategies to a stellar listing presentation! This informative talk is hugely important because there’s nothing more gratifying in property management than a signed listing agreement.

It is a representation of:

  • The owners trust in you
  • Outshining the competition
  • Professional management over self-managing
  • Growing your business

Our speaker Mike Connolly started his property management company seven years ago with no real estate experience. In those  seven years, with no no acquisition  or B.D.M.Mike has opened over 850 doors, mostly single family homes, condos, and townhomes. Having lost 150 of those  doors due to attrition  and home sales, Mike’s company, East Bay Property Management in northern California is at 700 doors in their  portfolio. His closing rates on listing presentations when he first started was about 20%. However through experience, and refined  selling materials, he currently opens about 50%, one of two. He makes about 4-6 listing presentations per week, opening  2-3 accounts  per week

Mike has three adult kids, he runs every morning. He used to be in Christian ministry, and finished second on the game show “Family Feud” back in 1982.
